The service

An active subscription can watch up to ten businesses. We compare stored Food Standards Agency records and send an email after detecting a tracked change. We establish a baseline when a business is added, so its current record is not treated as a new change.

Data limitations

We depend on third-party public data and email delivery. We cannot guarantee that every change will be available immediately, that every email will arrive, or that an inspection will occur. The official FSA or relevant council record remains authoritative.

Not safety advice

An alert is informational. It is not a real-time food-safety warning, customer review, recommendation or substitute for official advice.

Price and renewal

The subscription costs £2 per month and renews until cancelled. The checkout shows the final charge before payment. Stripe handles payment details.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel through the secure billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues only for the paid subscription period. This does not affect statutory consumer rights. Contact us if you believe a payment was taken incorrectly.

Email and privacy

Alert email requires confirmation. We use the address to operate the requested subscription and do not add it to unrelated marketing. See our privacy policy.
